Final Girl (film)

Final Girl is an American action thriller horror film directed by Tyler Shields in his directorial debut, written by Adam Prince, based on the story by Stephen Scarlata, Alejandro Seri, and Johnny Silver, and starring Abigail Breslin, Alexander Ludwig, and Wes Bentley. The film was released in a limited release and through video on demand beginning on August 14, 2015 by Cinedigm.

Twelve years later in what appears to be 1950s America, a now blonde haired Veronica prepares to finally finish the job. She and William go into the woods so that she can get used to running through the woods bare foot. They briefly discuss why she cant use a gun for the job since they are useless after running out of bullets. Next, William teaches her how to put someone in a chokehold. For the last piece of her training, she is given a combination of truth serum and a hallucinating drug in order to confront her greatest fear. This is so she can understand what her victims will be experiencing. Despite initially believing she fears nothing, Veronica is faced with an underlying fear that if she fails her mission then William will have to kill her.Meanwhile, we are introduced to the boys Jameson, Daniel, Nelson, and Shane. Jameson, their leader, chooses the women always blondes since thats his type whenever they go to a diner. One night while there, he invites a waitress named Gwen on a date. Gwen wears a long white dress on the date, where the boys then take her to the woods where they hunt her and shoot her dead. ........
